Shane and I were so lucky to be not only invited to Mexico for our dear friends’, Chris & Krista’s wedding, we were also asked to be in the wedding. Shane and I haven’t been on a vacation since our honeymoon – so we knew this was the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time together since becoming parents. We let our hair down, soaked up the sun, made new lasting friends and cherished every single second with one another. It was hard on me at first, but I promised my husband that I would only cry when he wasn’t around. Turns out, I only cried twice.
Since I am still breastfeeding Malia, I built up my stash and planned on pumping a couple of times a day to maintain some kind of supply. Day 1 – I lost a part on the pump at Seatac airport and had to purchase a brand new MANUAL pump at Walmart. My supply ended up tanking quite a bit, but a month later – it’s back to normal.
Then, on day 3 I dropped my camera on the sunset cruise! So I only have a couple of pictures – I am SO bummed.
A HUGE shout out to my parents for taking such GREAT, AMAZING, WONDERFUL care of our precious babies. I was mostly concerned about Malia, but turns out Jackson really missed us too. It will be a LONG time before Shane and I go on a tropical vacation alone together…..we missed our kids WAY too much!
We missed SNOWMAGGEDON by 6 hours!

Our first full day we ventured down the the Mango Deck. Chris and Shane LaBeck (Krista’s brother) participated in a drinking contest. I had to represent for the ladies, so I entered a “booty shaking” contest. I lost to a girl that showed her boobs…but I was the fan favorite :)
That night we went to Cabo Wabo and had a blast. Too much drinking!!! 
Friday was the rehearsal. Krista & Chris surprised us all with a sunset cruise afterwards. Lots of fun!
This is where my camera broke, so the next few photos are taken from my phone. They are horrible, but I wanted to show how beautiful the wedding was. Hands down the best wedding we have ever been to. The reception was amazing and we had so much fun. We all danced, sang and drank our butts off!
