Waving

It’s just hello for now. I’ll update when he does goodbye.

On Sunday, Mother’s Day, Jackson officially waved hello. He’s been waving for awhile, but never put it together that it means something. It’s a greeting, a way to communicate. When someone says, “Hi Jackson” you should wave. Well, he got it on Sunday. 

Shane didn’t realize that it was that big of  a milestone until I told him that our baby is learning how to communicate. He is learning that words actually “mean” something…..and before we know it, his dadadada, dirdirdirdir, bubububub, will turn into something along with a waving hand gesture.  Big things await us!
