The Newest Edition……

No, Malia’s not here yet – but we do have a new family member.

Meet Journey….(can you hear it in your head? “Don’t STOP Believin’)

 
Shane and I have been talking about it for MONTHS (actually years, but seriously for months) that we need a family car. The Passat has done us well over the past 5 years and one kid, but with another on the way, we needed more room.  We’ve been looking and researching for awhile now, but just couldn’t pull the trigger – nothing “spoke” to us….until a Dodge Journey pulled into our housing development a few weeks ago.

We checked it out and realized THIS was our car.  So on Sunday, before Shane’s birthday dinner with my family, I decided to surprise him with a visit to the Dodge dealership in Bellevue.  We pulled up and the shark salesman said he had JUST what we were looking for; he brought us to Journey.

After the test drive and running numbers, we realized it was in our budget to purchase this car – but I wanted to sleep on it.  The next day, we went and got it – and didn’t turn back.
